Lane 5 - 8 Deep end of the pool is for SQUAD PROGRAM

Lane 6 - 8 Shallow end of the pool is SWIM SCHOOL PROGRAM

Lane 5 Shallow end is for GENTLE EXERCISE/WALKING ONLY

LANE 4 - 50m - FAST- continuous freestyle only

Lane 3 - 50m - SLOW- continuous lap swimming (any stroke)

EVENING AQUA CLASSES

Lane 1 and 2 ONLY with other end of these lanes for leisure area

 

Saturday

HYDRO POOL CLOSED TO PUBLIC (SWIM SCHOOL ONLY): From 8am-1pm

Hydrotherapy

  • A hydrotherapy section and special access is available for users who need the water for support with their mobility or rehabilitation. Please check the 'Hydrotherapy and Special Access' box to see when available.

Lap Swimmes

  • Our olypmic size pool can be boomed, lap swimming lanes can be either 25m and/or 50m lanes. Please call the centre if you would like to know more.
  • Walking/Exercise - NO lap swimming
  • Slow - continuous lap swimming (using any stroke but continuous).
  • Medium - competitive strokes only(freestyle, backstroke, breastroke)
  • Fast - continuous freestyle only.

Leisure Swimmers

  • For leisure swimmers we have both the program pool and olympic length pool available (subject to change for programs booked).
