Introducing: STRETCH & FLOW
This new addition to our timetable is a mixture of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that aims to build your flexibility and strength.
Controlled breathing is paired with a series of carefully structured stretches, moves and poses to enhance overall wellness, balance and mindfulness.
